Thabet-Abbas C. Burias has been a freelance provider for over 3 years, working on a wide variety of projects ranging from programming desktop and client-server database applications to complete website designs. During the past year, he has shifted his focus from being a Jack-of-all-trades to specializing in PSD to CSS conversion, PSD to CSS/XHTML conversion and Joomla administration.

He graduated with a Cum Laude in Physics from the MSU-IIT last April of 2001, education that trained him to be a skilled problem solver. After several years of teaching University Physics to engineering and science students, he decided to take a risk and shift careers towards his primary passion - computers and Information Technology. The shift worked, and he has since sharpened his existing skills and added a lot of new ones to his arsenal by performing different I.T. related tasks such as web design, web development, systems analysis and programming, document conversions, and many more for various clients.

He currently receives clients from a freelance site where he has built up a reputation as a strong web developer and programmer. His current projects specialize on PSD to CSS/XHTML conversions, which is also currently his best skill, sometimes turning out five to eight pages of valid and cross-browser compatible CSS/XHTML from PSD mock-ups within the span of a day. He also currently receives and engages in Joomla development and administration projects, so it is very possible to ask him to convert your PSD design to not just a CSS/XHTML site, but a working Joomla site altogether.
